Will I be refunded in case of cancellation?
You will receive a full refund if you cancel within 7 days of check-in
How can I cancel my reservation?
In your booking confirmation email you will find a cancellation link
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check out is at 10am, check in is from 12pm onwards.
What is the address of your facilities?
We have 3 facilities:
Papillon bnb is in via Emerico Amari 58;
Madinah apartment is in vicolo Pesacannone 35;
Sweet Home is in via Emerico Amari 58.
Do you accept animals?
We are sorry but we do not accept animals in our facilities.
Is it possible to smoke?
Inside our facilities it is possible to smoke only on the balconies when they are present.
Are towels and bed linen included in the price?
Yes, bathroom and bed linen are included in the price, if an extra change is necessary, ask at the property.
Is there a hairdryer?
In each bathroom there is a hairdryer available for guests.
Is it possible to leave luggage after check out?
It is possible to leave your luggage in our facilities and return later to pick it up
Do I have to pay a tourist tax?
Anyone who stays overnight in one of the accommodation facilities in Palermo is required to pay the tourist tax, equal to €1.50 per person per night, up to a maximum of 4 consecutive nights, to be paid to the manager of the facility
