Terms and Conditions for Papillon bnb, Madinah appartaments e Sweet home
- 1. Reservations and Payments:
- Reservations can be made via phone, email, or through our website.
- A deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking.
- We accept cash, credit cards, or bank transfers.
- Cancellations must be communicated at least 7 days before the check-in date, to receive a full refund of the amount paid.
- In case of late cancellation or no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
- Check-in is possible from 12 onwards.
- Check-out must be carried out by 10 am
- You can request an early or late check-in or check-out, but may be subject to additional charges.
- Pets are not allowed in the facilities.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the building. Smoking is permitted only on the outdoor balconies
- Respectful behavior towards other guests and B&B staff is required.
- It is not allowed to organize parties
- It is not permitted to bring other unregistered people in at check-in without the manager’s permission
- We are committed to providing a clean and safe environment for your stay.
- We are not responsible for the loss or theft of personal items during your stay.
- All personal data provided will be treated in accordance with current privacy law.
- We may use your contact information for booking-related communications.
- We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions without notice.
